Approval Granted For Construction Crane Installation For Miami Skyscraper

The Florida Aviation Administration has granted approval for the installation of construction cranes for the upcoming NATIIVO skyscraper in Downtown Miami, Florida YIMBY reports. The 51-story, 588-ft-tall, mixed-use tower is set to be constructed at 601 Northeast First Avenue and is being developed by Sixth Street Miami Partners LLC. The approval of the cranes indicates that vertical construction may begin soon, with the expiration date for the crane set up occurring in December 2022. The tower will provide 448 residential condos, 100 hotel rooms and 140 hotel-condo units, as well as office space, 70,000ftof shared amenities and ground floor commercial space. Sales are currently underway for 70% of the units sold.
