Echo Brickell Welcomes Residents in Miami

Private elevators are among amenities at the Carlos A. Ott-designed Echo Brickell, a 57-story, 180-unit tower (ELEVATOR WORLD, January 2017) that SkyRise Cities said is now home to approximately 300 residents just south of downtown Miami in the red-hot Brickell neighborhood. Besides the elevators, the property by JDS Development and Property Markets Group features a 12,000-gal. aquarium in the main lobby housing an array of tropical fish. With a swooping, undulating profile, the structure boasts generous balconies, and shared amenities such as an infinity pool and a fitness center. The top floors have penthouse suites, which, presumably, are the ones with their own private elevators.
