Fermator Celebrates First Family Day

Event allowed employees to share workplace environment with their families.

On May 18, at Tecnolama, S.A., Fermator’s headquarters in Reus, Tarragona, Spain, Fermator hosted its first Family Day, an event that brought together the entire Fermator family for fun and camaraderie. It was a special day for the company where, for the first time, the workplace environment and the values that unite the team were shared with the employees’ families.

The gathering was attended by 650 people who enjoyed various activities and memorable moments. The event was divided into two parts. First, a tour of the factory was organized, allowing employees to guide their guests through the 22,000 m2 of facilities and showcase their work areas. Later, they gathered in a picnic area with appetizers, paellas, a children’s area with face-painting workshops, inflatables and games, along with drink stands, an ice cream cart and gifts for everyone.

Michel Buscail, director of Human Resources for the group, commented: 

“Our commitment to the well-being of our staff is a fundamental priority. We believe that a team that feels valued is essential for the success of our company. That is why, in addition to providing a safe working environment, we also organize these special events to promote unity and a sense of belonging.”
