Lift Business Advisors, Inc., announced that two Dallas-based vertical-transportation (VT) companies have joined forces with Prestige Elevator acquiring High Tech Elevator, effective February 1. Prestige Elevator President Eric Schwarzenbach described the alliance as “an ideal fit for both companies based on the complementary strengths in personnel” and a growing and loyal customer base. With the combined operations, Prestige now employs more than 30 skilled VT professionals including more than 20 field technicians who are adept at maintenance, repair and modernization of a wide range of VT systems and technologies. The management team consists of VT industry professionals with decades of leadership experience with both major OEMs and successful independents. The acquisition, said Schwarzenbach, positions Prestige for ongoing growth in the Dallas, San Antonio, Houston and Austin markets.
