One Za’abeel, a striking, asymmetrical mixed-use development featuring two 75-story towers connected by The Link, expected to “break the Guinness World Record for the longest cantilevered building the world,” is closing in on delivery later in 2023 with interior fit out underway, the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat is among outlets to report. The more than 530,000-m2 One Za’abeel was designed by Japan’s Nikken Sekkei and developed by Ithra Dubai, the real estate division of Investment Corporation of Dubai.
