TK Elevator (TKE) announced the debut of the cloud-based, digital, predictive-maintenance solution MAX HOME for its S200 stairlift on September 26. The solution provides real-time notifications and diagnostics about the customer’s stairlift through an app. Family and emergency contacts can be given access to the app, enabling them to check on the stairlift and assist the user if necessary. Local customer-support centers check that connected stairlifts are operating well and, in case of an issue, technical experts can remotely diagnose likely causes, assist with remote problem-resolution and, if needed, scheduled service visits. By offering MAX HOME, TKE is “driving the home-mobility industry forward by making digitally enhanced products and services the norm, increasing service quality and giving customers peace of mind,” the company observed.
