Otis will install 21 elevators at The Trilight, a luxury residential project consisting of three interconnected towers up to 60 stories tall in Hyderabad, India, Otis President, Chair and CEO Judy Marks said during a January 29 earnings call. The project, developed by P Mangatram and Dé BlueOak, will be Otis India’s first use of the Compass 360 destination-management system in a residential project, she said. Scheduled for completion in 2027, The Trilight will offer 462 residences in three-, four- or five-bedroom formats spanning up to 5,777 ft2. There will also be two limited format units that are 10,111 and 11,333 ft2. Situated at Golden Mile, Kokapet, the development will offer ease of connectivity via the Outer Ring Road toll gate at the Financial District, the developers said.
