PR Lift Equipment Welcomes Technical Support Specialist

PR Lift Equipment, a U.K.-based independent lift supplier, has announced the addition of Ryad Atrouche as technical support specialist. Atrouche formerly worked at Arkel Electric Electronic in Türkiye and has a great wealth of technical experience supporting Arkel equipment, as well as many other advanced and complex electronic lift systems. In this role, Atrouche will be responsible for collaborating with customers to offer technical support with troubleshooting and fixing technical problems such as jobsite support. He will also provide training, look at data and system logs, test equipment and much more — all remotely at the customer’s convenience via telephone, email or Whatsapp. Additionally, Atrouche, along with the rest of the PR Lift Equipment team, will be hosting a number of dedicated “Tech-Talk” Q&A events for lift technicians, engineers, service/inspection personnel and lift consultants each month via Facebook.
