AEG Names Dlugolecki Chief Transformation Officer

Chris Dlugolecki

Chris Dlugolecki has moved into the newly created role of chief transformation officer at American Elevator Group (AEG), having previously served as AEG’s vice president of service operations, AEG announced on June 2. Dlugolecki has more than 32 years’ experience at Otis, most recently as a Singapore-based director with responsibility over field operations throughout the Asia Pacific. In his new leadership role, he is responsible for structuring AEG for growth, with a specific focus on systems and process standardization, according to AEG. Dlugolecki holds master’s degrees in science, taxation and financial planning and business administration from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts, and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York, respectively.
