Apex Lifts Signs Mayor’s Fund for London

U.K.-based Apex Lifts announced it partnered with the Mayor’s Fund for London in early 2023. The campaign encourages employers from a multitude of sectors to actively level the playing field for young Londoners from low-income backgrounds with more and better access to a wide range of career opportunities in an effort to alleviate the current crisis. The aim is to deliver beneficial change to those who need it most. In 2023, The Mayor’s Fund will be engaging more businesses, employers and large public-sector employers working across various industries to sign up for the pledge. Since 2008, the fund estimates that it has invested 30 million pounds in local communities and directly supported close to 280,000 children and youth across 33 London boroughs. They are currently supporting approximately 40,000 young Londoners. London Mayor Sadiq Khan is the fund’s patron.
