The Chicago Elevator Association (CEA) held its annual golf outing at the Gleneagles Country Club in Lemont, Illinois, on August 6 to benefit the Elevator Escalator Safety Foundation (EESF). Dinner was served following the outing. The event included a 50/50 drawing for the EESF. The CEA thanks Brad Hunt of The Peelle Co. for helping collect US$1,410 for the drawing. The association also raffled off a Jonathan Toews Chicago Blackhawks sweater, collecting US$310. The event raised a total of US$4,000 to further the Foundation’s mission. The CEA also extends appreciation to its many sponsors and the golf outing committee, which consists of Glenn Duncan and Tom Przybyla of Parts Specialists, Inc.; Gerry Adams of Adams Elevator; Joe Bolton of Lakeland/Larsen Elevator; and Mark Wilson of ELSCO.
