Cibes Lift Group Enters Agreement to Acquire Apex Lifts

Cibes Lift Group has entered an agreement to acquire Apex Lifts to strengthen their customer offering and presence in the U.K. market, Cibes announced in April. Cibes Lift Group will acquire full ownership of Apex Lifts, but the company will retain its company name and continue to be run as an independent company. Previous Apex Lifts Owner Warren Jenchner will retire from the position of Managing Director (MD) and Reyaan Shepherd, current U.K. MD of all Cibes U.K. subsidiaries, will assume the role of MD also for Apex Lifts, focusing on the future collaboration and synergies between Cibes, Titan Elevators, and Apex Lifts. Headquartered in Bexleyheath, South London, Apex Lifts provides a wide range of bespoke and standardized lift solutions for various applications. Specializing in lift modernization, installation, and maintenance for the past 50 years, Apex Lifts has gained a strong geographical presence in the Greater London area. At present, the company has more than 3,500 maintenance contracts in its portfolio and is renowned for its bespoke solutions.
