Clarkson + Varick Tapped for Elevator Mod at South Florida Condo

NYC-headquartered elevator consultancy Clarkson + Varick (C+V) has been tapped to handle a seven-elevator modernization project at Casa Costa, a condominium property consisting of two, 14-story towers built in 2008 on the waterfront in Boynton Beach, Florida. After what C+V Managing Partner Danny Girgis describes as a “very competitive consultant bidding process” among major national firms, C+V was ultimately selected by the Castle Group and the Casa Costa Condominium Association. As elevator consultant, C+V is responsible for engineering the job and bidding the project out to several elevator contractors to ensure successful completion, which Girgis anticipates in early 2024.
