Excavation Begins on Kennedy Boulevard in Philadelphia

Excavation for a multi-use tower at 3025 John F. Kennedy Boulevard has begun, reports Philadelphia YIMBY. The building, known as Schuylkill Yards West, will be 361 ft and 28 stories tall and will be made of glass and stone. Once completed, the building, which was designed by the Practice for Architecture and Urbanism, will be the fourth-tallest building in West Philadelphia. It is set to be finished in September 2023.
