Japan-headquartered Fujitec Co., Ltd., announced on November 19 it delivered Vietnam’s first 240 m/min, high-speed elevators to the TAISEI SQUARE HANOI office building, which opened in September. Four of 10 Fujitec elevators serving the tower, spanning 45,500 m2 across 20 above-ground and four below-ground floors, are high-speed units. In line with providing occupants of TAISEI SQUARE HANOI with a Japanese-quality workspace, elevators are equipped with enhanced features such as touchless buttons and the IONSUL Plasmacluster Ion Generating System, a technology developed by Fujitec using Sharp Corp.’s patented Plasmacluster ion technology to purify air within an elevator cab. Developed by Taisei Development Hanoi Co. Ltd., TAISEI SQUARE HANOI is the first leased office building in western Hanoi to receive LEED certification. The building’s design and technology address common concerns in Hanoi office buildings, including restrooms, air conditioning and elevators, to ensure a comfortable office environment.
