Prolific Dubai developer Imtiaz Developments has broken ground on a new “vertical community”: the 37-story Cove Residence in Dubailand, Dubai, Gulf News is among outlets to report. Scheduled for delivery in 2027, the property will be served by six residential elevators and will “seamlessly merge residential, commercial and leisure activities within a towering complex that offers a vibrant living experience.” In addition to apartments (some with private balcony pools), Cove Residence will feature co-working spaces, a gym, jogging tracks, three swimming pools, a tennis court and shopping/dining options on the ground floor. The property is close to major transportation hubs and Dubai landmarks, “ensuring its appeal to a diverse audience of residents and investors,” according to Imtiaz.
