GUNN Promotes Bakshi to Calgary Branch Manager

Bakshi

Vertical-transportation consultancy GUNN Consultants, with offices in Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary, Canada, has promoted Anant “Andy” Bakshi from project manager to branch manager of the Calgary office. Bakshi joined GUNN shortly after graduating from the University of Calgary with a B.S. in engineering. He learned the ropes as a technical delivery coordinator, progressing to project engineer, then project manager before being promoted to his current position. He has been involved in modernization, new construction and inspection work. Among projects Bakshi was involved are Place 10 East across the street from GUNN’s Calgary office. The redesign presented “a lot of unique obstacles, and a lot of lessons were learned,” Bakshi observed, adding that he is “excited to see where this path will take me.”
