Gupta To Handle Modernization Sales At Delta Elevator

Himanshu Gupta has been hired by Delta Elevator Co. Ltd. of Kitchener, Canada, to handle modernization sales, Gupta announced on LinkedIn. He comes to Delta Elevator from a career at Savaria, where he was sales manager in the greater Ottawa metropolitan area for nearly five years, driving sales of wheelchair lifts, stairlifts, home elevators and accessible vans. As a Savaria project coordinator, Gupta said he delivered projects worth CAD5.6 million (US$4.4 million) and CAD6.9 million (US$5.4 million) in 2018 and 2019, respectively. Gupta earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Punjab University in India, and a master’s in engineering management from Tefler School of Management at the University of Ottawa. His early career included managing multimillion-dollar projects for Intensive Filter Himenviro Group, headquartered in Noida, India, and delivering air pollution-control equipment to clients in India and abroad.
