IES Acquires Louisiana-Based Stratos Elevator

Integrity Elevator Solutions (IES), an elevator maintenance, repair and modernization provider serving Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana, has acquired Stratos Elevator, Inc., a leading independent unionized company in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana, area, Maven Group announced on April 23. IES President Brent Stark described the deal as “the logical next step in our exciting journey of continued growth” as the company expands into the Baton Rouge and New Orleans markets. With more than 40 years in the industry and nearing retirement, Stratos President Richie Doiron is supporting the IES team during the transition. Dorion observed IES leadership “has similar values to mine and will continue the Stratos legacy when working with my longtime customers and employees.” He also thanked Maven Group for putting Stratos in touch with potential partners and helping him “navigate through the entire process from start to finish.”
