KONE Americas Names Vicente Head of Culture, DE&I

Danita Vicente

Danita Vicente was recently promoted from KONE Americas head of Talent Management and Learning & Development to head of Culture, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Talent Management. In this role, she is responsible for strategy development and implementation of programs that drive and further develop KONE’s culture of talent development, inclusion and belonging, promoting diversity across the organization. Vicente is based in Lisle, Illinois, and reports directly to KONE Americas Senior Vice President of Human Resources Nicole Manzo. With KONE Americas since 2013, Vicente holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology from Illinois State University and has “already proven herself to be a valuable member of our team in prior talent management roles,” Manzo said.
