KONE Among Malaysia’s 43 Best Working Companies

KONE was listed as one of the 43 best companies in Malaysia for employees to work for in 2021, according to a survey by Business Media International. These companies were able to follow their proven practices to help grow and sustain operations while taking on challenges brought on by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. For the survey, known as HR Asia, 15,385 workers from 270 Malaysian companies participated. Some 83% of participants said they constantly look for ways to improve their contributions to their organizations, and 81% said they are willing assist colleagues who need help. A wide range of companies was listed among the 43 top companies. In addition to KONE and its focus on Malaysia’s vertical-transportation systems, companies recognized include those in manufacturing, insurance, package shipping, finance, construction, health services, medical products and many others.
