KONE Australia has introduced the High-Rise MiniSpace DX with the cutting-edge solution debuting in BLVD, the third tower of OSK Property’s Melbourne Square precinct, currently under construction by Multiplex, Inside Construction reports. The High-Rise MiniSpace DX offers several advantages, including maximizing usable floor space by providing an extra floor, enhancing tenant appeal and building efficiency. Its engineering enables increased capacity and speed within elevator shafts, while minimizing pit depths, headroom and motor room heights. Melbourne Square will feature five High-Rise MiniSpace DX elevators, one KONE N MonoSpace elevator, and three KONE JumpLift 1000s. These solutions facilitate early lift access during construction, accelerating project timelines and enhancing onsite safety.
