For Expo 2020, KONE is presenting its products in what the source calls an “accessible setting” for visitors to experience advanced digital solutions. Among them are ordering elevator use through their phones and being able to see delivery robots connecting to the lift independently. Guests also learn how to include personalized elevator playlists that can be changed according to the time and mood of the specific day.
