The Dylan, a mixed-use development at 160 North Morgan Street in the Fulton Market District of Chicago, is moving towards completion, Chicago YIMBY reports. The source notes that final façade work is in progress for the 30-story, 350-ft building. A collaborative effort between developer Sterling Bay and private equity firm Ascentris, The Dylan will house 282 rental apartments above a 2,657-ft2 retail section. The development will be served by Mitsubishi Electric elevators and feature amenities including a fifth-floor outdoor deck and a rooftop pool. Designed by bKL Architecture, with Walsh Construction as general contractor, The Dylan has a rectangular profile divided into two staggered volumes. The total cost of the tower is reported to be US$82 million. Pre-leasing began this summer with full move-ins planned for the fall.
