NAESA Introduces Elevator Inspector Trainee Program

NAESA International has introduced the Elevator Inspector Trainee Program, developed over the past few years with members of the elevator inspector community to assist hiring authorities with code training for future elevator inspectors. NAESA’s goal is to provide structured education in codes and standards, along with practical on-the-job (OTJ) training to prepare students for success as certified inspectors. Trainees will work side-by-side with their hiring authority-provided mentor through various sessions of OTJ and webinar classes. Registration begins this month, with classes starting in January 2024. Each cycle will be limited to 20 trainees to ensure effective learning.
