Otis tells ELEVATOR WORLD it provided 10 Gen2® elevators for Lucent, a new, 144,000-ft2, six-story office-led property by Landsec in London’s West End. The entire sixth floor has been leased by banking and advisory firm Centerview Partners, more than doubling its space in Pall Mall and indicating continued strength of the central London office market, Landsec previously announced. Overlooking Piccadilly Circus where Soho, Mayfair and St James converge, Lucent also offers 20,000 ft2 of new retail and hospitality space, outdoor terraces landscaped with 600 species of plants, a three-story green wall and a Whitebeam tree that extends through a central atrium. The property was designed by Fletcher Priest and Wates served as general contractor.
