The Jay Group has filed permits for a 21-story tower containing nearly 300 residences and 4,545 ft2 of commercial space at 101 Fleet Place between Myrtle Avenue and Willoughby Street in Downtown Brooklyn, NYC, New York YIMBY reports. Served by the Dekalb Street subway station, the site is currently home to a low-rise brick building. The Jay Group purchased the property from the Leser Group in December for US$40 million. JFA Architects & Engineers is listed as the architect of record, and plans also call for a cellar, a 30-ft-long rear yard and 44 enclosed parking spots.
