Permits have been issued for One Dock Street in Society Hill, Center City in Philadelphia, Philly YIMBY reports in June. The 31-story, 272-unit residential high rise will be 374 ft tall, making it the highest structure in Society Hill. The tower will hold 63,200 ftof space, feature a roof deck and a rooftop pool and be attached to an existing four-story Marriott Hotel. Renderings for the building were first introduced in January 2019, but no further activity concerning the development occurred due to opposition from residents in the area. However, now that permits have been acquired, construction can begin as early as this summer and may finish in 2023 or 2024.
