Proposal Submitted for Mixed-Use Development in Kendall, Florida

Proposals have been submitted for a multi-phase, mixed-use development in downtown Kendall, Florida, Florida YIMBY reports on October 13. Submitted by Dadeland Towers North Associate, LLC, and Dade Metro, LLC, the proposal is composed of 596 residential units, 405,456 ftof office space and 962 parking spaces. Construction is listed as occurring in two phases. Phase 1 will construct a 25-story tower with 287 residential units and parking amenities, built north of three existing office buildings on the 8.3-acre site at 9400 South Dadeland Boulevard. Phase 2 will consist of two towers with 309 residential units between them. The application has been filed and the proposal requested an Administrative Site Plan Review as soon as possible.
