New renderings for The Alloy Block, a two-tower mixed-use development in downtown Brooklyn, New York, have been released, New York YIMBY reports. Located at 80 and 100 Flatbush Avenue, the development was designed and developed by Alloy Development, and includes the city’s first all-electric tower. The Alloy Block will yield 440 rental apartments and 30,000 ft2 of ground-floor retail. Construction on the first phase, which focuses on the 482-foot-tall, 44-story 100 Flatbush Avenue tower, is expected to begin this month, with completion of the project scheduled for 2024.
