Schindler tells ELEVATOR WORLD it is providing two Schindler 5500 machine-room-less traction elevators at 1 Park Row, a 23-story mixed-use building in the Financial District of Manhattan, NYC. Designed by Fogarty Finger Architects and developed by Circle F Capital, 1 Park Row was nearing topping out in July, New York YIMBYreported. The 305-ft-tall structure will yield 103,000 ft2 containing 58 condominiums and 19,000 ft2 of lower-level office and retail space. Cauldwell Wingate is the general contractor for the property, located at Park Row and Ann Street. Featuring a triangular massing with a glassy, curved corner on the western edge, 1 Park Row will “stand out as the shortest building on the block,” according to YIMBY, which said completion is anticipated in mid-2024.
