SIMSINLifts Launches Lift Telecoms Integration Service

SIMSINLifts has launched a new integrated telephone service designed to significantly improve emergency response to stuck-in-lift calls. A leading U.K. provider of multi-roam lift SIMS, the company has connected its solutions with the high-performance telecoms infrastructure of its sister company, Prime Connect, to drive further improvements in lift safety. Available exclusively through SIMSINLifts, the new service offers automatic syncing of new lift data for the reduction of manual errors as one of the additional benefits. This is alongside call recording for increased compliance, improved training and peace of mind. The solution also provides remote app management for engineers and remote responders; now, responders automatically receive a passenger’s exact location as soon as the call is made. This allows for faster response, alongside a significant reduction in passenger anxiety. The company plans to share the product at LIFTEX 2025 on June 11 and 12 in London.
