Project of the Year 2025
Submit your vertical, horizontal or inclined transportation system with an innovative design, special application or approach that has solved a major problem or overcome a unique challenge to the ELEVATOR WORLD 27th Annual Project of the Year Awards.
All entries will be judged and categorized as received by an impartial panel of experienced industry experts and professionals. Winning entries will be published in the January 2024 issue of ELEVATOR WORLD. Winners in each category will be acknowledged with an award of recognition.
Deadline for Entries: October 30, 2024
Projects will be judged on:

- Originality and creativity
- Challenges overcome
- Installation methods and techniques
- Use of advanced technology and overall quality of presentation

Submissions are open and the deadline for Project of the Year 2025 is October 30th, 2024.
- The transportation-system portion of the project must have been completed by April 2022 or later. Incomplete projects and previously submitted Project of the Year entries are not eligible.
- Entries must be sent electronically.
- All submissions will become the property of EW and must be accompanied by the project owner’s permission for EW to run the submission as a feature story in EW.
- EW reserves the right to accept or reject any submissions for not complying with the contest rules or not meeting the spirit of the EW Project of the Year contest.
- There is nominal administration fee of $99.00 per submission.

ENTRIES MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Completed entry form.
- At least a one-page description of the entire project to help judges understand how the project team’s efforts have met the judging criteria.
- A one-to five-page description of the transportation system, providing the project details, transportation- system outlining specifications and why the project should be considered for an award.
- A list of credits, citing building owner, developer, architect, designer, planner, transportation-systems contractor, equipment manufacturer(s), component supplier(s), consultant(s) and other pertinent project participants (companies only). Be sure to include the contact person’s name, company name, address, phone number, the author’s bio and headshot.
- Six to ten high-resolution color photographs that capture the major aspects of the project, with particular emphasis on the transportation system and brief descriptions of each aspect.
