CECA Lauches Application for Sixth Annual Scholarship

The Canadian Elevator Contractors Association (CECA) announces the sixth annual CECA Scholarship, open to any CECA employee member in good standing, their children/stepchildren/grandchildren and/or spouses planning to continue postsecondary education in 2021-2022. A total of four CAD2,500 (US$2,072) scholarships — two toward the pursuit of a career in the elevator industry and two toward any field — are being offered. The scholarships must be used at a recognized educational institute in Canada. Previous scholarship winners are not eligible. The application is available online here, and the deadline is 11:59 EST June 30. Applicants will be required to provide CECA with the name and email addresses of two references who will be contacted directly. Scholarship winners will be decided by a selection committee. For further information, contact CECA Executive Director Catharine Bothwell by phone (905-446-0327) or by email (office@ceca-acea.org).
