KONE EVP People & Communications Role Transitions to Bridger

(l-r) Bridger and Skippari

The KONE executive vice president (EVP), People & Communications, and Executive Board member role will transition from Susanne Skippari to Kaija Bridger, effective July 1. Beginning her career at KONE in 2025 and holding various leadership positions in both People & Communications and Human Resources, Bridger will report directly to KONE President and CEO Philippe Delorme. She currently serves as vice president, People & Communications, for KONE Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa. Before that, Bridger led Talent Management and Culture at KONE. Welcoming Bridger to the Executive Board, Delorme said Bridger “will bring with her a lot of courage and care, strong business acumen and experience from leading transformations.” Delorme also thanked Skippari for her “valuable contributions to KONE over the past 17 years” and for achieving “great results regarding our strategic target of making KONE a great place to work.”
