St. Louis-based ATIS, a portfolio company of Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP) and a top provider of elevator and escalator safety inspections, consulting and managed services across North America, has acquired Bayline Lift Technologies, with corporate headquarters in Norfolk, Virginia. Bayline provides elevator inspection services throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
