Its controller employs adaptive motion profiling to adjust the acceleration rate, thus conserving energy, while a patented control algorithm ensures a smooth ride. Further maximizing energy efficiency, Arise has Otis' patented ReGen^TM drive, which recycles energy for use in other building systems.
