With more than 60 years' experience providing VT consulting services and a strong presence in the western U.S., HKA's operations extend throughout the U.S. and world and encompass high-rise office, casino, embassy and consulate projects. VDA observed HKA's expert consultants bring deep expertise across all building types and stages of the VT lifecycle, including design, modernization, inspections, maintenance management, performance evaluation, due diligence and code compliance. The acquisition represents a significant advancement in VDA's presence following the recent addition of U.K.-based D2E and Florida-based Suncoast Elevator Inspections. VDA CEO Gavin Campell said welcoming HKA "strengthens both the depth and reach of our services in the western U.S."
