Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private-equity firm based in St. Louis, on August 5 announced the acquisition of Buckley Belcher & Co., LLC, by ATIS, a TSCP portfolio company and premier provider of elevator and escalator safety inspections, consulting and managed services throughout North America. Based in Charleston, South Carolina, with an additional primary location in Huntington, NY, Buckley Belcher provides elevator consulting and managed services to building owners, property managers and architects across the U.S. With this addition, ATIS further strengthens its consulting and managed services capabilities, expanding its ability to support clients throughout the full life cycle of their vertical-transportation assets.
