Alimak, Kuzey Amerika erişim çözümleri uzmanı Pro-Bel'i satın aldı.

Alimak Group, the global provider of vertical-access and working-at-height solutions headquartered in Sweden, on July 14 announced the acquisition of Pro-Bel, a Toronto area provider of suspended-access and fall-protection solutions with customers across Canada and the U.S, in a CAD200-milion (US$142.3-million) deal. Pro-Bel, which has 45 years' industry experience and a highly profitable operating model, will be incorporated into Alimak's Façade Access division. Pro-Bel generated approximately CAD69 million (US$49.1 million) in revenue on adjusted earnings of CAD24 million (US$17 million) for the 12 months ending in April 2026. Although the acquisition will temporarily increase Alimak's net debt, it is expected to create strategic and operational value over time as it strengthens the company's façade-access capabilities in North America, which is in line with its New Heights strategic initiative launched in 2020.
