Axxiom Elevator, Carolina Elevator Service'i Satın Aldı

Axxiom Elevator, a leading provider of elevator maintenance, repair, modernization and installation, has acquired Carolina Elevator Service, Inc., a Columbia, South Carolina-based provider of commercial elevator services across South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia, Maven Group, which served as M&A advisor, announced on July 28. The acquisition marks Axxiom's entry into the Carolinas and Georgia and is the company's 13th acquisition since its founding in 2023. The company is now present in Arizona, California, Florida, Texas, the Washington, D.C., area, and now, the Carolinas and Georgia. Carolina Elevator owners Wayne Brindle, Brent Goings, Cary Goings and Stephanie Hoopaugh will continue to lead the team alongside a talented group of mechanics. Brindle and Hoopaugh thanked Maven Group's Carson Bombara for "going above and beyond" in bringing the complex transaction "across the finish line."
