İsviçre'deki Grup En Yüksek Ahşap Binasını Açıkladı

Tasarım grubu Schmidt Hammer Lassen kısa süre önce, İsviçre'nin Winterthur kentinde 100 metrelik bir konut binası olan ve tamamlandığında dünyanın en yüksek ahşap binası olacak ahşap çerçeveli bir bina projesinin inşaatının arkasındaki planını açıkladı. Dezeen reports. With the name Rocket&Tigerli, the terracotta-clad building is set to rise on a former industrial site near Zurich. Experts say it will be composed of four volumes of different heights, one of which will rise to 100 m, earth’s tallest building with a load-bearing timber structure. The Swiss residential building will surpass the current tallest timber tower, the 85.4-m-tall Mjøstårnet building. The building will have a mass timber structural core and load-bearing system that was developed in partnership with construction company Implenia and Swiss university ETH Zurich. The building will be located on the site of a former train factory. The buildings' exteriors will be clad in red and yellow terracotta bricks, with green detailing to reflect and mimic the brick of the area's surrounding buildings. The project is set to complete in 2026.
