Otis tells ELEVATOR WORLD it is performing a major vertical-transportation (VT) overhaul at 383 Madison Avenue in Midtown East, Manhattan, NYC — formerly the Bear Stearns building — which is being revamped to serve as offices for JPMorgan Chase's investment arm.
