UK Lift & Escalator Co., headquartered in Gateshead, recently announced the promotion of David Fuller to national technical manager within its Technical Field Department (TFD). The TFD was launched to provide a high level of internal technical support to UK Lift & Escalator's engineering teams to help deliver better service, enhance reliability and reduce downtime for customers. A dedicated TFD training center, which will play a key role in enhancing the skill and development of UK Lift & Escalator engineers, is in the works. Fuller, a member of The Institution of Engineering and Technology, has been instrumental in the early success of TFD, demonstrating leadership, technical expertise and dedication.
