Action Elevator, a leading independent elevator services company in the Mid-Atlantic, has acquired Elevator Technologies, Inc. (ETI), a leading elevator services provider in the Washington, D.C., area, Maven Group, which served as financial advisor to ETI, announced on November 18. ETI has been in operation since 2007, led by founders Chris Myles, Rob Bergen and Mike Coates, with Walt Church joining the ownership group in 2017. All four owners will continue their careers with Action Elevator to ensure a seamless transition for customers and employees. Action Elevator's partnership with partnership with H.I.G.
