Northern Railway's (NR) Jammu Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) Vivek Kumar inaugurated a new escalator between platforms 2 and 3 at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra (SVDK) Railway Station in Katra, India, March, outlets including the Excelsior quotidiano report. Mainly serving the town of Katra, the location of the SMVD temple visited by millions of people each month, the station will benefit from better crowd management thanks to the new escalator, officials said.
