Japan's Fujitec Co. Ltd. announced on June 1 Amalgamated Lifts Ltd., a group company of its Fujitec UK Ltd. subsidiary, has been granted a Royal Warrant by His Majesty King Charles III. One of the world's most prestigious honors, the Royal Warrant dates back to the Middle Ages when the monarch selected the country's finest craftsmen. With this recognition, Amalgamated Lifts has the right to display the Royal Arms. In addition, as an official member of the Royal Warrant Holders Association, the company embodies the prestige and trust of British brands. Amalgamated Lifts received the award based on its eight years of modernization, maintenance and management services for lifts installed in iconic historic buildings in the U.K. including Buckingham Palace, St. James's Palace and Windsor Castle.
