Metro Elevator Wisconsin recently welcomed Rebecca Towne as its new director of sales. Towne has more than 20 years' vertical-transportation industry experience and a well-rounded background spanning operations, project management and sales leadership. She previously had a more than 22-year career with Otis, holding roles including branch manager; project manager; new equipment installation coordinator; and senior manager of sales operations, training and enablement, covering both Wisconsin and Florida. Towne holds a BS in economics from Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin. "Her ability to connect technical insight with customer needs allow her to deliver thoughtful, reliable solutions that truly support the buildings and people she serves," Metro Elevator stated.
