Fermator celebra la prima giornata della famiglia

On May 18, at Tecnolama, S.A., Fermator's headquarters in Reus, Tarragona, Spain, Fermator hosted its first Family Day, an event that brought together the entire Fermator family for fun and camaraderie. It was a special day for the company where, for the first time, the workplace environment and the values that unite the team were shared with the employees' families.

The gathering was attended by 650 people who enjoyed various activities and memorable moments. The event was divided into two parts. First, a tour of the factory was organized, allowing employees to guide their guests through the 22,000 m2 of facilities and showcase their work areas. Later, they gathered in a picnic area with appetizers, paellas, a children's area with face-painting workshops, inflatables and games, along with drink stands, an ice cream cart and gifts for everyone.

Michel Buscail, direttore delle Risorse umane del gruppo, ha commentato:

That is why, in addition to providing a safe working environment, we also organize these special events to promote unity and a sense of belonging."
