Colley Elevator riceve la certificazione CE

Colley Elevator Co., con sede a Bensenville, Illinois, ha annunciato la recente certificazione del suo corso Elevator 101 per crediti di formazione continua (CE). Il corso è approvato dal Community Association Manager International Certification Board (CAMICB) per soddisfare 1 ora dei requisiti CE per il Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA^®) certification. Established by the Community Associations Institute (CAI), the CAMICB was formed to administer a national, voluntary certification program for community association managers. The course is aimed at providing community association and property managers with a better understanding of their elevator equipment. Initially presented as a "lunch-and-learn" workshop in summer 2023, the course elaborates on code mandates, equipment obsolescence, preventive maintenance and capital planning for modernizations.
